30 Days of Encouragement - Day Three

The sun will come up tomorrow. Every day God causes the flowers to bloom, the birds to sing and new things to begin and grow. And every day we have a new chance to make a fresh start, to do something new and different, to do something positive.

Here is something easy and positive that you can do for yourself: Sunshine has a positive affect on your emotional health because the sun provides us with Vitamin D. Sunlight has also been proven to help prevent and cure diseases (including cancer!). Besides, it just makes us feel good and lifts our spirits! Spend at least 10 minutes a day with the sun on your face. (If there is no sun where you live today, consider trying the full spectrum lighting that is now available.) Begin today!
