At some point, ingesting massive amounts of synthetic antibiotics came to be considered ‘conventional’ or ‘traditional’. As a result, we now live in an antibiotic culture. In fact, antibiotics are even present in most of the meat, poultry and fish we eat. While antibiotics are absolutely necessary in some cases, they disregard one crucial truth: Our bodies, and our immune system in particular, are not synthetic. Rather, we are living organisms, and thus a natural, probiotic approach to immune support and daily defense makes perfect sense.
