30 Days of Encouragement - Day Eleven

Do you spend too much time trying to save time? What are you saving it for? You are only given so much time. Today is the last day you are sure you have on Earth. What do you want to do? Spend time buying a gift for some­one? Have dinner with your family? Take the baby to the park? Eat a bowl of perfect strawberries? Tell someone they are loved? Call an old friend or family member and really listen to their voice? Read a great book? Sit on the porch and stare at the view?

What are you waiting for? Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is in the hands of God. You have today. The time to savor the moment is right now. The time to wear that special dress, make that phone call, hug that baby - is right now.

Ecclesiastes 7:14 When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider; God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, a man cannot discover anything about his future.
